I have known and worked with Brendan Johnson and Seven Star Catering since 2009. Brendan’s food, menus, attention to detail and customer service are outstanding. I have been a guest or host at everything from casual backyard cookouts to corporate parties and weddings executed flawlessly by Seven Star.
Brendan is an amazing chef and that, combined with his easygoing demeanor, is a great asset to any event. I have seen him knock it out of the park in 100 degree heat, torrential downpours, in a space without a full kitchen, and during Covid times! I happily refer Brendan to friends and they are always thrilled with him. Highest recommendation!!

We can honestly say we have been doing a summer party at our home in Mattapoisett since we finished building it. We think Brendan and Erica have been catering it for 17 yrs. We rely on them to basically put it all together and every year the party has faithful returnees looking for Brendan’s burger, or dog, or Teriyaki chicken skewer and Erica’s beautiful salads. Appetizers are fabulous... lobster sliders or Mac and cheese balls never fail to please. They are always courteous, prompt, and thorough.... cleanup is done ... and everyone has a great smile on their faces leaving. We have and will continue to recommend them... for parties big and small. Fairly priced and lovely to work with!

Seven Star Catering has been our go to caterer for all our events for the past 15 years. From graduation parties, to bridal showers, and our daughters intimate backyard wedding reception (that was last minute due to covid), Brendan has provided delicious food, with excellent service, every time. He has always worked with us to ensure the the ideal menu and accommodated food allergies as well. We’ve been lucky to have him cater all our families special events and will continue to call him with every new occasion our family celebrates in the future.
